I had a portrait done by Katie, my best friend had got me for a present after my Maxy boy passed away at only 6 years old with cancer and honestly it’s like he is there, his soul, his character, his smiley little face all captured in a photo. I honestly never expected it to pop off the page but honestly if you are thinking about having a portrait done this is your lady. don’t even go looking for anyone else. outstanding work, that I will forever be grateful for.

Katie’s drew a wonderful picture of a puppy that the son of a friend lost when she was run over. We have just had a message from my friend and the son saying how wonderful it is and it is the spitting image of her. Thank you Katie for helping us spread this happiness.

I commissioned a piece through Katie for my partners birthday. It was of my partners beautiful, fluffy cat whom we love dearly. What was delivered was beyond anything I could have hoped for. When my partner unwrapped it she briefly thought it was a photograph! Katie did such a superb job at every little detail of our fluffy cat it was extremely photorealistic. I live in Australia, and Katie being based in the UK had the artwork swiftly picked up and shipped over seas via a very safe shipping company, it arrived unharmed even the box was practically brand new! I recently got in contact with Katie to commission a piece for my dad’s special birthday. It was a very special piece as it would be the only painting with all my siblings together, taken from 2 separate photos. Portrait of Loki We lost our puppy 20.07.2022, he was a week from his first birthday. We had seen Katie’s work and commissioned a portrait. We wanted something slightly different- a portrait of him as a puppy alongside him older. Katie talked us through the process, used a number of photos and totally captured Loki as a pup and young man. Could not recommend her talent enough.

Katie did a fabulous drawing of Tom, a Border Collie, for a Xmas present for someone in 2020. It was amazing as I knew it would be but also considering we were in lockdown, I wasn’t able to send her many photos to use for this but she caputured his likeness perfectly.

Katie created a beautiful portrait of my family with our beautiful dog after he passed away last November. We didn’t have any nice photos of the 4 of us, so Katie created the portrait from 3 different photographs and it looks amazing! I commissioned a pencil study of my daughter’s aged cat, Shadow just after she passed away, as my daughter was struggling a bit and missed her terribly – they’d been inseparable. I found a photo of Shadow, bony, stiff in the joints and ancient. It was a tricky angle with the cat’s rheumy eyes filling the lens in a quite distorted way, and her body looking tiny by contrast. So hard to get right, but Katie nailed every jutting angle, every hair on the cat’s body, and the eyes… You could stare into them forever. Ruby sobbed when I presented the framed picture to her. It has been on her wall in pride of place ever since. What more can I say? Katie is a talent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. I will post a picture with this when I get home.

I commissioned a drawing from Katie as a Christmas gift three years ago when Katie was starting her business. I gave Katie a photograph and described the style of drawing I wanted, and the final product was absolutely perfect and so beautifully drawn. Katie was so lovely to work with and the standard of work was very high, I will definitely be ordering another drawing or painting from Katie in the future. 🙂
